Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days for delivery.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not offer express or international shipping outside these countries.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details so you can follow your Subculture gear on its journey.
Didn’t see the email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there.
Shipping Details & Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Subculture Golf is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender,” a $10 reshipment fee may apply.
Our fulfillment team does their best to catch and correct typos, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is placed. For help with a shipping issue, just hit us up at support@subculturegolf.com.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we unfortunately have no control over any delays, damages, or losses that may occur in transit. If something seems off, don’t worry—reach out and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
