Return Policy

📦 Returns & Refunds
Subculture Golf, LLC is a small, made-to-order operation, so each product is printed just for you at the time of ordering. For this reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or small variations in color or placement. These are standard policies in the Print-on-Demand world, and we do our best to make sizing and previews as clear as possible upfront.

That said—we want you to be stoked with your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For other approved return cases, we’re happy to help, but please know a 15% restocking fee will apply.

🔄 Non-Returnable Items
Due to our custom production process, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Size or fit issues (please consult our size charts before ordering)
Slight color or print placement differences within normal tolerances
“Changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake” cases
Sale or clearance items
Gift Cards

📬 Shipping & Address Info
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t refund or reship orders that are:

Marked “delivered” but can’t be found (unless there's clear evidence of a delivery issue)
Returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipping (a fee may apply).
